This is to confirm that Mr.Matt Harriden of Beau Homes completed a major renovation at my house at 14 view Street, Burleigh Heads.

This was indeed a very difficult renovation with my site being on a very steep slope on Burleigh Hill and the house being four stories and View Street being virtually a narrow lane making access extremely difficult.

We originally approached the building/construction market to obatin a number of quotes, but the majority of these builders, having assessed the site/renovation decided it was all to hard and declined to quote.  However, we still received some five quotes and the one from Beau Homes was certainly not the cheapest nor the dearest, but smack in the middle.  We inspected a prior Beau Homes construction, spoke with the owners and they were extremely happy with the work completed by Matt and his staff.

We signed contracts with Beau Homes and can comment as follows:-

The work was done on schedule and Matt always kept me informed of progress and any issues on a regular basis;

The work completed is of an excellent standard and all Matt's staff were competent and well qualified;

With all the difficulties re site access, I had no complaints from any of my street neighbours, and if anything they were all complimentary about Beau Homes approach and helpfulness throughout the 12 month project;

Beau Homes I found was always open to new ideas and were always helful when considering "changes to the plan" and nothing was ever hard or impossible.

The house has come a real treat and looks fantastic.  We only get fantastic comments from friends and guests that come to visit and see the final outcome.

I can highly recommend the first class work done by Matt and his team at Beau Homes, and by appointment through Matt I would be only to pleased to show any interested parties through the house.
